I opened my Bank account in United Bank Limited Pakistan (UBL). Account opening goal was just to make a Debit Card, because i need to pay online for my website and advertisement purposes. I opened account in ubl in 2010 and apply for UBL debit card finally i got it.
The story start when i got the UBL debit card. It was a bad day of my life when i got UBL debit card.
First time I applied this so called UBL debit card in google Adwords account for advertisement.
I called UBL helpline 111-825-888 for session activation. Session activated successfully. Only UBL can do successfully is.... session activation..... nothing more than that.
Because UBL charged Rs 100 per session activation.
After session activation successfully (ha ha ha)..
I applied to Google Adwords....
google Adwords account did not accept this card and adwords told me that you should contact with your bank.
I went to UBL Pakistan, Branch Number 1297.
and told them... they did nothing but only gave me helpline number 111-825-888 and said me we can't do anything. Contact with help line.
Then i contacted many times with customer officers, Some said its not our problem, some said Google Adwords not accept Debit Card. My Question is Who Accept this UBL Debit card??
Here is proof this UBL Debit card is rejected by Google Adwords.
After a couple of months i thought that might be a problem with Google adwords,, then I prepared myself to try an other company.
Second Time I applied UBL debit card in another company for my domain bestrightway.com registration, same result same story repeated at the end noting in my hand except Session activated Successfully...
Third Time and last time i applied this card on facebook, Same result same story.
Here is proof that facebook rejected this UBL Debit card.
Now some days ago i e-mail to Ubl customer services,,
here is my e-mail which i write in Urdu.
میرے پاس ubl کا شاندار ڈیبٹ کارڈ موجود ہے۔۔ میں نے جب بھی آن لائن پرچیز کے لیئے استعمال کیا اس نے کبھی کام ہی نہیں کیا۔ ۔۔ اور سب requirements پوری ہونے کے باوجود بھی کچھ حاصل نہیں ہوتا۔ ۔ کسٹمر آفیسر اتنے شاندار بٹھائے ہیں کہ کوئی کہتا ہے یہ facebook پے استعمال نہیں ہوتا۔ اور کوئی کیا کہتا ہے، اصل وجہ کا کسی کو پتا ہی نہیں اگر پتا ہوتی تو میرا مسئلہ ہل ہو چکا ہوتا۔
میں جانتا ہوں کہ مجھے کوئی رسپانس نہیں ملے گا۔۔ لیکن پھر بھی کنوئیں میں ایک پتھر پھیکنا ہے بس۔

This is a Final e-mail Ubl send to me..

Therefore, you are requested to try any other site.
This was the final e-mail i received.
It means that we should choose the website according to UBL.
Its a Big Question for UBL.
