It is one of the oldest findings in the video form that shows the real picture of the hardships that people had to face while performing Hajj. This is a clear picture of the difficulties that people used to face while going to Makkah to perform pilgrimage. In this video we can easily observe the hardships of voyage even less than a century ago.

However, with the passage of time, these hardships started to shrink because of the innovation in scientific means of transportation. The traveling has become a lot easier and quick which saves a lot of energy of the pilgrims.

Besides that, now the handicapped people can also perform Hajj without any considerable performance as there are wheel chairs available. But there was nothing like that in the past and people had to lift their week or handicapped relatives on their shoulders.

In the earlier part of nineteenth century, the means of transportation were not that advanced and people had to bear many hardships while performing Hajj. However, now they travel and arrive to Makkah within a few hours from any corner of the world.

Nonetheless, this past video shows us people who are carrying their beloved ones on their shoulders while traveling and performing the pilgrimage. But now people can have wheel chairs to serve their beloved ones easily.

In the past, people used to travel on their camels and horses and they also had to look after their pets during that traveling period. A large number of people of nearby areas used to come to Makkah on foot. But now they have many transportation means that have made it a lot easier for them to arrive at Makkah.

Another change that has occurred over the decades is that in the past management used to burn the meat that was accumulated at the time of pilgrimage. Now the meat is sent to different poor countries like Sudan, Somalia and other African countries.

Now the ways of transportation and innovations of scientific inventions have made it really easy for the pilgrims to perform Pilgrimage or Hajj. Now it takes considerably less time to perform this duty as compared to the time in early nineteenth century.
