There is a lot of discussion in the government offices in Pakistan that how much salary should increase in 2014 and 2015.
Different peoples has different ideas some says pay should increase 100 % in Pakistan because there is a lot of inflation and crisis in Pakistan.
some people who has wealthy background says 50 % of basic Pay Scale should increase in Pakistan.
End of the day different people has different idea, according to the wealthy position that they have.
We are still 6 months away from our budget of 2014-15.
Reality is average government employee of Pakistan spend his month with lot of difficulties. Most government employees with pay scale ranging form BPS 1 to 14 live the life of Poverty. These government employees kills their desires and hopes. Only these employees can think that we can provide 2 time food in a day for our family. If these employees think above he can't succeed to spend his month.
I run a poll for government employees.

BPS pay scale employees are getting very low salary, allowance and facilities but the other scales of the Pakistan ie SPS, Police, Armed Forces, Courts, and other some scale getting good Salary, Allowance and Facilities. BPS employees is facing financial problems to get very low salaries know a days. I wants to request the Prime Minister of Pakistan please BPS scale employees salaries, allowance and facilities (Medical treatment, dental treatment with families in all department specially defence civilians employees) will be improve to this financial budget. Thanks

  10. All civilians employees working in defence force (Army, Navy and Air Force) be provide some pay and facilities. Civilians employees working in defence force the part of force. All work, fatigues, extra working hours, late sitting, exercises, security duties and extra duties equally.

    * be authorized one month basic pay from 2010
    * be authorized ration allowance
    * be authorized railway vouchers
    * be authorized family and parents full medical

  12. up-gradation of clerical post LDC (BPS-7 to BPS-10), UDC (BPS-9 to BPS-13), H/Clerk (Bps-14 to BPS-15), JR Supdtt (BPS-14 to BPS-16), SR SUpdt (BPS-14 to BPS-17) etc
    Re-Designation of all clerical post

  13. Is all benefits restore of govt:employees before the revise pay scale 2001 i.e.moveover,and increase in pension about 50% than will be better for all pensioners and they all are pray for the pakistan.

Prime Minister of Pakistan say guzarish hay kah Army, Navy aur Air Force main kam karnay walay Government Servants (Civilian employees) ka Medical Facilities with parents and family, Dental Treatment full dia jay. Ham tamam Government Servants ke families ka medical facilities nahi mil rahain ham civilians kay sath bohat zadati ho rahi hay Prime Minister, Ministry of defence ka director and Chief Justice of Pakistan say guzarish hay kah is ka notice lay jay aur ham civilians ko tamam facilities de jain ham log bhi mulk aur quim ke khadmat kay laya yahain kam kar rahay hain

  17. Pay should increase upto 50% and all previous adhoc allowances must be merged in basic pay.... At the same time conveyance allowance must be increased 50% of all govt employees..... In addition, House rent should be according to the latest pay scales.... This will definitely help to fulfil our routine necessities of daily life....

  18. 2001,say jin muazameen koo moveover daykar BPS-16 MAIN kia gia aur back BPS-15 main wapiskia gia ,unko 2001,say BPS-16.Daykar tamam baqiajat day deia jain too ayan insaf hooga,dictator ki galat policies kee waja say mulazameen koo booth nuqsan howa.

  21. House Rent and Medical Allowance should be given on new pay scales i.e., HR 50% of running basic pay and MA 20 percent of running basic pay. Unified pay scales should be introduced. Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor, Junior Clerk, Senior Clerk, Assistant, Admin Officer have got one scale up in Universities and other institutes but the other staff is in the existing scales like librarian, assistant librarian, research officers etc. So there is dire need to introduce the unified pay scales in all institutions.
