Ghaziabad: Ghaziabad police along with administrator caught several Indian couples red handed on date in a family park. The couples were doing immoral activities sitting in very compromising positions when police arrived there. Cameramen of different media channels were also there to cover the operation.
According to media reports police did this operation as Ghaziabad police had been receiving many complaints for couple of weeks about the immoral activities. The families living near by the park were annoyed from these couples and registered the complaints in police station to stop all this rubbish.
Police did the operation in the presence of media and caught love couples red handed doing prohibited activities at public place. Couples on date were not expecting police raid and tried to run immediately when they saw policemen coming towards them. But they were trapped and didn’t find any escape route.
The police punished the Indian couples on spot rather than arresting them as in most cases police do. The administrator asked the boys to do sit-ups as punishment and warned the girls not to come again on dates to avoid such kind of embarrassing situation. It was good for the girls that police didn’t inform their families otherwise it could ruin the lives of parents.
Ghaziabad is the city of India where Muslims live in large numbers and dating is considered a crime for the people living there. So it creates problems for girls and their families if anyone is caught on date. Majority of Indian couples caught on date by police was Muslim and if Ghaziabad police arrests them then it would have been disaster for the girls.
However, parents of both boys and girls must understand the requirements of that age and should promote marriage at young age to avoid such kinds of embarrassing situation. If they don’t understand now then it might be possible that more incidents will happen as it happened to several Indian couples.
