SUSSEX: People store eating stuff in refrigerators, but you may never have heard of a lion being stored in a refrigerator.
We are not talking about cartoons, it’s real. A dead lion was found in a restaurant in West Sussex.
Health inspectors found a dead lion in a restaurant freezer next to food which was stored to be served to customer, reported the Mirror.
The restaurant owner was quoted as saying that the lion was donated to him by a zoo to feed his dogs.
However, as the dead lion was stored in the freezer that also stored food for human consumption, action was taken.
