ISLAMABAD: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) accepted a petition exempting
former President Pervez Musharraf from appearing in the hearing of
Judges Detention Case on Friday (today) and adjourned the case till July
11.
The case was heard by ATC Judge Ateeq-ur-Rehman. The court had summoned Pervez Musharraf and his guarantors in the hearing today.
In the hearing, defence lawyer Ilyas Siddiqui submitted a petition that his client cannot appear in the court on medical and security grounds.
The court accepted the petition and adjourned the hearing till July 11th.
