Sahih Muslim, the Book of Az-Zuhd, Hadith: 7430.
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah (r.a) said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: “Look at the one who is at the lower level than you, and do not look at the one who is above you, for that may keep you from scorning the blessing of Allah.”

عن أبي هريرة قال قال رسول الله صلی الله عليه وسلم انظروا إلی من أسفل منکم ولا تنظروا إلی من هو فوقکم فهو أجدر أن لا تزدروا نعمة الله قال أبو معاوية عليکم
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا تم اس آدمی کی طرف دیکھو کہ جو تم سے کم تر درجہ میں ہے اور اس آدمی کی طرف نہ دیکھو کہ جو درجہ میں تم سے بلند ہو تم اللہ کی نعمتوں کو حقیر نہ سمجھنے لگ جاؤ۔
